Office:	Planning & Zoning Commission

Objectives:	In the Planning and Zoning Commission I have worked to insure the towns continual growth is controlled within existing ordnances to insure as little impact as possible on our school system, traffic loads, districts housing density's and Open Space objectives. Applying and modifying regulations and ordinances to increase commercial expansion to offset residents tax loads while maintaining the character of Newtown.

Qualifications:	Bob Mulholland brings a broad background in finance and business management, to the Planning& Zoning Commission. During the mid-1980s, he designed and built the Sandy Hook residence where he and his family live. Planning & Zoning Alternate Co-Chairman, Public Building and Site Commission Retired Marketing Executive, IBM Corporation Member, Newtown Congregational Church Member, Newtown Republican Town Committee Former Chairman, Boy Scout Troop 370 Operation Committee Soccer Coach, Newtown Soccer Club, 11 years B.S. Accounting, M.S. Marketing Pace College NYC Married 35 years to Wife Linda Dale, Math teacher, Newtown Middle School. 3 children, all graduates of Newtown High School.
