Office:	Legislative Council - 1st District

Objectives:	Joe is a lifelong member of the Republican Party and is a strong voice for fiscal conservatism. He believes that a major issue facing the council is the shortfall in revenues at the state and federal levels. As it is becoming increasingly difficult for towns to carry unfunded state mandates, particularly those imposed on our school system, he would look for ways to roll back some of the less effective programs.

Qualifications:	3 term Member, Newtown Legislative Council Chairman, Finance Committee, Newtown Legislative Council President and Founder, Nutek Aerospace Corporation Vice Chairman, Newtown Republican Town Committee Vice President, Military Museum of Southern New England Member, St. Rose of Lima Parish B.S. Civil Engineering, City College of New York Newtown resident since 1997, married 45 years to his wife, Eloise. Together they have three children and four grandchildren.
