I am a candidate for a the office of First Selectman because I have a strong interest in
serving our community and feel that I can make a contribution through participation in town government.
I have had a long career as an educator and administrator and have gained excellent experience and
skills as a member of the Council that will help me as First Selectman. I am analytical, prone to examine and evaluate
practices and systems, am accustomed to working through complex issues, and have a proven record of success as a
leader as well as a team player.
