Objectives: I've served as Newtown's Town Clerk for the past ten years. With your support, I look forward to four more years!

Debbie Aurelia Halstead is a native Newtowner and our incumbent Town Clerk, serving in this capacity since August of 2007. Prior to her appointment, she served as Assistant Town Clerk for nearly 3 years, stepping up to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the former clerk.
