Professionally, Shannon serves as Senior Counsel for the North America Region at a Fortune 500 enterprise. Her diverse legal portfolio includes leading U.S. legal teams during the expansion of a European technology corporation, serving as Associate General Counsel for a broker-dealer, and holding the position of General Counsel for a construction firm. Her international experience, encompassing service in Boston, MA and Beijing, China, enhances her expertise in governance, compliance, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Shannon is a magna cum laude graduate of American University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University. She is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
